- Fraud, theft, or embezzlement.
- Corruption or bribery.
- Financial misreporting.
- Violations of company policies.
- Harassment or discrimination.
- Health and safety violations.

4. Reporting Procedures
- Internal Reporting: Reports can be made confidentially to your supervisor, manager, or the designated Whistleblower Officer at reports@beyondgloballogistics.com.
- External Reporting: If you are not comfortable reporting internally, you can report concerns to an external authority such as a regulatory body or law enforcement agency.
5. Confidentiality
Beyond Global Logistics will treat all reports confidentially to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation. The identity of the whistleblower will be kept confidential unless required by law to disclose it.
6. Protection Against Retaliation
Beyond Global Logistics strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Any employee who retaliates against a whistleblower will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
7. Investigation Process
- Upon receiving a report, the Whistleblower Officer will conduct a preliminary assessment to determine the credibility and scope of the concerns.
- If warranted, a full investigation will be conducted, which may involve interviews, document reviews, and collaboration with external experts.
- The whistleblower will be kept informed of the investigation’s progress and outcome, to the extent possible.
8. False Reports
While Beyond Global Logistics encourages the reporting of all genuine concerns, individuals making reports should ensure that the information provided is accurate and based on reasonable grounds. Deliberately making false or malicious reports is considered a serious disciplinary offense.
9. Review and Amendments
This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and company operations. Any amendments will be communicated to all stakeholders.
